Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the OneRoof Health app and website (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
What OneRoof Health is — and isn’t
OneRoof Health is an informational organiser for personal and family health data. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app — including AI assistant responses — is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions, and seek emergency care for urgent symptoms. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your own health decisions.
Your account
- Accounts are for adults (18+). Profiles for minors are created and managed by a responsible adult.
- Keep your sign-in credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only add family profiles and grant access where you are entitled to manage that person’s information.
Subscriptions
The core app is free. Optional Pro features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Google Play (and later the App Store), including any free-trial period shown at purchase. You can cancel anytime in your store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Store refund policies apply.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service unlawfully, or to store or share content you have no right to.
- Don’t attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or access other users’ data.
- Don’t misuse doctor-share links or the AI assistant (e.g. attempts to extract other users’ information).
Your data
You own the health data you add. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your data from Settings at any time.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update, add or remove features, and may update these terms — material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneRoof Health is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
