Delete your OneRoof Health account
Last updated: 17 July 2026
You can permanently delete your OneRoof Health account and all of its data at any time. This removes your account and every profile you own, along with all the health information stored under them.
Delete specific data (without deleting your account)
You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove information. In the OneRoof Health app you can delete individual items at any time while keeping your account:
- A medical record or report file — open it and tap Delete.
- A medicine, reminder or measurement — open the item and tap Delete.
- A saved doctor — open the doctor and tap Delete.
- A whole family-member profile and all its data — Profile switcher → edit the profile → Remove family member.
Deleted items are removed from your account immediately. To request removal of specific data when you no longer have the app, email support@oneroofhealth.com and tell us what to delete.
Option 1 — Delete your whole account in the app (immediate)
- Open the OneRoof Health app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account and data are erased immediately — there is no waiting period. You can also export a copy of your data from the same screen before deleting.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@oneroofhealth.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Every profile you own (yourself and any family members you created)
- Medical records and uploaded report files
- Medicines, schedules and reminders
- Health measurements (e.g. blood pressure, weight) and conditions/allergies
- Doctors you saved and any doctor-share links
- Your AI assistant conversations
- Your registered notification devices
What may be kept, and for how long
- Nothing of your health data is retained after deletion — it is erased, not archived.
- Billing records: if you had a paid subscription, minimal transaction records (no health data) may be retained by Google Play and in our billing logs only as long as required by law and tax/accounting obligations. These contain no medical information.
- Scrubbed crash logs: any diagnostic crash reports are automatically deleted on our error-reporting provider’s standard retention schedule (up to 90 days) and never contain your health content.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions to stop future billing.
